Supplier Management Services

If your event requires additional services or products Blackburn Consulting can help source appropriate solutions, manage the RFP process and subsequent negotiations, as well as coordinate the suppliers' contributions right through to completion of the event. All you need to do is sign the contracts. Typical third party service providers include food and beverage suppliers, audio visual services, production management services for special events such as concerts or other entertainment, promotional materials such as conference bags and gifts, exhibitor services and decorating services, lead retrieval, transportation services, security services, photographers, and other goods or services specific to your event.
